THESIS STATEMENT INTEGRATED IN A PARAGRAPH: Being sitting in the sofa is easier than doing sport, but at least it helps you train your body and you can have less stress. In our society there two prototypes of people: those who can't live without sport, they need swimming, dancing, playing football; but people who don't do anything also exist, they only want to eat fast food and watch the TV. It is a hard classification, from my point of view we need to do sport because it is really good to our health, but we have to know where our limit is, we should have days of relaxation and we also should eat healthy food.
